"ALTIX took part to its second show in China this year organized by the Taiwanese Printed Circuit Association.
The show, purely dedicated to PCB was hold at Suzhou center of the most active Printed Circuit Board industrial areas.
Many visitors attended the show from the very first day, only the last one was slower.
These three days were productive to ALTIX in meeting important Customers and potential ones.
ALTIX successfuly showed the flag and presented its most popular Acura line".

CPCA 2009 (Shanghai, March 17th - 19th, 2009) was the first show for ALTIX under its new banner.
Despite the slow down in our PCB sector, the show was succesful and an excelllent opportunity
to introduce ALTIX new goals and strategy to our Customers.

Automa-Tech will Launch New Equipment at CPCA Shanghai 2008 - Booth 1B52
Automa-Tech ORCimaging announces the introduction at CPCA 2008 (March 18th – 20th) of the new exposure unit “Acura-BGA” dedicated to extremely high density Integrated Circuit Substrates.
The Acura-BGA – high end model of the Acura range- is dedicated to the IC Substrates manufacturing with exclusive features such as: highly collimated light, glass temperature regulation for artwork preservation, automatic artwork cleaning, absolute artwork & panel deviation measurement and the NEW “Conformal Magnet Imaging™ (CMI®)"
This new patented system allows a perfect contact between the artwork emulsion and the printed circuit board surface. Due to this perfect contact between artwork and dry resist or ink, a very high resolution down to 10µm (0,4mil) is achieved.This fundamentally new feature is particularly dedicated to outerlayers with uneven topographic surface (typically ups and downs in a range of 50 – 100µm).The “CMI®” system is also very well adapted to expose soldermask panels due to its ability to cope with surface irregularities.
